Every supplier relationship is governed by direct contractual agreements with Tier-1 OEMs. Anti-bribery, sanctions screening and data protection (GDPR & UK-GDPR) controls are embedded in every purchase order, with full audit trail available to enterprise procurement partners on request.
Standard shipments are delivered under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms 2020 within a 600 km radius of our regional warehouses in Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Pricing is fully inclusive of customs, VAT clearance and last-mile delivery — no surprise charges at receipt.
Our UK hub operates as a post-Brexit dedicated gateway. Commercial invoices, EORI registration and commodity codes are filed by our in-house customs team to keep border dwell time under 24 hours on standard lanes.
Authorized B2B enterprise partners benefit from streamlined warranty claim pathways. Defective units are processed through our regional RMA desks under the original manufacturer terms, with optional advance-replacement on framework contracts.
